Established in 1929 to safeguard and promote the special features of our milk produced in the Mantua region, the highest quality level has always been, since then, the main characteristic leading the activity of our Cooperative, makingit one of the first Italian dairy industries.
Some of our important and meaningful targets include the promotion of a team spirit, and the the ongoing training of our technicians and process planners in line with the continuous development of animal husbandry in production and cheese-making methods.
